Feature of material:
PET: good temperature resistant, good strength, good printing.
PA(NY): good temperature resistant, good strength, good barrier, puncture proof, good suppleness.
AL: good barrier, best high temperature resistant.
CPP: high temperature sterilized level, good heat seal feature, no poisonless and tasteless.
Retort pouch high temperature sterilizing is usually between 121 ℃ and 135 ℃.
The surface layer usually choose high strength PET. The middle layer usually choose aluminium. AL has best temperature resistant feature. But if you don't need very high temperature you can omit middle layer. The inside layer usually use PE. 2 layer we have NY/CPP, PET/CPP, Matt OPP/LLDPE, 3 layer we have PET/AL/CPP, PPET/PA/CPP and 4 layer we have PET/AL/PA/CPP material structure.
